A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced customer service or IT helpdesk analyst to join a large company with several offices around the UK.

You will be providing 1st line support to employees experiencing technical difficulties. You will log these onto the system and try to resolve them as a first point of contact. If you are unable to sort the issues you will then forward the problem to second line etc.

You will be experienced in all Microsoft packages and be able to quickly pick up technical tasks. This position will ideally suit an experienced customer service advisor who is seeking to move into the IT sector.
