Office Manager
Glysure is a start-up medical device company developing a novel continuous intravascular glucose sensor for in hospital use. We are looking for an enthusiastic office manager that enjoys having a broad variety of responsibilities and working in a small company environment. The Office Manager will be responsible for providing both front and back office support for the Management and Development teams including bookkeeping, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and administrative support of the quality system. Applicants must have bookkeeping experience with SAGE software.
Responsibilities
• Processing invoices through SAGE Instant software.
• Production of monthly management accounts and VAT returns.
• Raising and managing all purchases orders
• Maintenance of supplier accreditation status and Approved Supplier List
• Goods-in receipt of all materials and liaison with suppliers to achieve desired product quality.
• Distribution of materials and product
• Inventory and materials management
• Maintaining employee training records
• Administration of company document /change control system
• Management of site e.g. cleaning contractors
• General administrative support
• Health and Safety
Experience/skills
• Bookkeeping experience with knowledge of SAGE Instant software
• Microsoft suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Good communication skills
• Good administrative skills

• Attention to detail
Salary
• 18,000 – 23,500 GPB per year depending upon experience
