Team Administrator – Oxford - £25,000 - £30,000pa
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a highly successful investment business, listed on the London Stock Exchange and a member of the FTSE 100 Index. The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the research team with the following responsibilities:
* Acting as a focal point for all enquiries, policies and procedures
* Coordinating, arranging and preparing for internal and external meetings
* Diary management
* Organisation of events i.e. seminars, client visits and lectures
* Travel and itinerary management for all staff
* Custodian of the organisations Customer Relationship management (CRM) and on-line reporting platforms
* Maintaining the library, journal subscriptions and order books
* Ordering business cards, stationary and other business related items
* Overseeing operational processes and coordinating rotas
* Dealing with information requests
* Assisting with finance administration
* Providing support for project management
Requirements:
* High level of computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Prior experience of corporate document preparation e.g. reports, minutes and agendas
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrable self-starter with ability to prioritise and manage own workload, taking the initiative when appropriate
* Excellent planning and organising skills, in order to manage several tasks simultaneously
* Prior experience of providing administrative support for a team, within either an academic or corporate environment
* An understanding of the investment industry and its associated terminology would be an advantage
