We have a double room in a house in North Abingdon that we can make available from 1 st August until 1st October. The house is a large semi-detached with parking, gardens, internet and SKY. We normally let it out to 4 sharers all year round, but our son is coming back for a holiday from Australia and we want to let him have it for a month in October renting it out fully in November. One tenant is staying till then, but the other three are leaving 1 August.

The rent is £425 a month all bills except telephone calls and TV licence.
