We have a large 3 double bed town house in Worthing. We are looking for a 3 bed house with a sep dining room or a 4 bed.

Our house consists of the following -

Ground floor
Downstairs toilet, freshly decorated this month.
Office, new carpet this month.
Kitchen / Diner. Tiled floor and had new kitchen fitted in Aug 07.

First Floor
Double Bedroom, decorated in 2008
Living Room, decorated in 2008

Second Floor
Further 2 double bedrooms
Family bathroom with corner bath

Hallway & Stairs
All redecorated over the past 6 months with new carpet

Garden - Level garden with 2 sheds and decked area

Local Area
Near to 2 different infants schools / nursery and 10 minute walk from primary / high school.
5 minute walk to small parade of shops inc butchers, vets, newsagents, post office, chippy and bookies.
5 minute walk in other direction to Tesco supermarket, small WHSmiths, chemists, dry cleaners and a couple of other shops.
Doctors is a 10 minute walk or 2 min drive.
Buses run from outside every 10 minutes into town and onto the hospital during the day, then every half hour from up the rd in the evening.
Train station is a 15-20 min walk away with good links to brighton / london.
Seafront 20-30 min walk or 5-10 minute drive.
Town 10-15 min drive.

The ONLY reason for us needing to move is that I have 5 children aged 6 and under and one on the way.

We would consider oxfordshire or berkshire.
