You will have experience of working in a similar busy bar and have an excellent knowledge of cocktail preparation, in addition to a good knowledge of wines and all other beverage preparation. A passion and flair in providing excellent service is a must, and it is essential that you are a strong communicator with the desire to get it right the first time, every time. A sensible shift pattern, with an excellent rate of pay and gratuities is available. Eligibility to work in The UK, and 2 references must be available on request
