Plus Ford Focus company car or £300 a month car allowance if you use your own car.
Hours of work are 37. 5 hours a week on a flexible basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
Job description Responsible to: Team Leader/ Nursing and Care Co-ordinator
Communication Establish and maintain communication with people about routine and daily activities, overcoming any differences in communication between the people involved Demonstrate active listening skills.
Provide information and support to clients and their carers relating to the needs of the patient.
Recognise and manage emotional issues.
Maintain confidentiality, knowing when to disclose information appropriately to personnel and family members.
Accurately and comprehensively record information including sensitive and confidential information as appropriate.
Build on and maintain effective relationships with personnel beyond their team.
Develop an awareness of commercial environment.
Clinical governance Understand the importance of completing incident reports correctly and in a timely manner and informs Nursing and Care Co-ordinator.
Be aware of the quality standards which have been set to achieve team objectives.
Understands the importance of audit in enhancing the quality of care.
Clinical care delivery.
Plan client/ carer/ family centred care according to their needs including aspects of health promotion.
Respect people’s dignity, wishes and beliefs; involves them in decision making and obtain their consent to care being undertaken.
Evaluate and adapt the care accordingly.
Identify own and colleagues’ support need in situations of grief, loss and bereavement.
Prepare for and undertakes care activities consistent with SOP’s/ Work Instructions/ guidelines and policies and the management of risk
Be aware of evidence based practice and liaise with the Nursing and Care Co-ordinator regarding any changes in best practice which need to be reflected in the SOP’s/ Work Instructions
Alert the relevant person when there are unexpected changes in individuals health and wellbeing
Informs the Team Leader/ Nursing and Care Co-ordinator of changes in wellbeing or significant care needs.
Learning and development Enable people to learn and develop Promote individual and personal professional development including clinical supervision.
Take an active role in teaching clients/ carers.
Reflects on effectiveness of learning and improvements needed including personal development needs.
Recognise of the need to adapt education and training to meet individual clients/carers needs.
People management Plan, allocate and supervise the work of a team Contribute to the recruitment and selection of team members
Objectively assesses the work of the team and provides clear constructive feedback in a manner to maintain and improve team performance.
Liaises with the Team Leader/ Nursing Care Co-ordinator to agree courses of action to address issues which contribute to the effectiveness of the team.
Financial management Monitor the use of financial resources Ensure stock and consumables are used appropriately.
Ensure stock levels are maintained.
Research/audit Undertake clinical audit in line with the strategy
Professional responsibilities
Act in accordance with the NMC’s code of Professional Conduct for nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors and Guidelines for Professional Practice and other statutory instructions.
Maintain own registration with NMC and ensure a professional profile is updated regularly.
Maintain membership of an organisation that provides individual professional indemnity insurance.
Represent the company values by acting at all times in a professional and courteous manner to clients, patients and other members of staff.
Acknowledge any limitations of competence and seek advice and support as necessary.
