Our client, a small, friendly 16 bed unit based near Wantage requires an experienced Manager, qualified with a Nursing degree, to run the home on an interim basis until they recruit permanently.

You will have experience at this level with excellent management and administration skill with a very hands on approach. You will also need to manage a strong team and a number of planned internal changes.

The ideal candidate will be very hands on and lead from the front, be willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in! This is not a role for the Ivory Tower Manager. You will need be a strong character able to adapt their management style to the situation in hand.
