Our Client is a provider of Contract Catering Solutions and has provides a full canteen operation 24/7 for the distribution sector. Their emphasis is on providing good quality fresh food and control over 80 units through the Uk.

We are currently looking to recruit a full time hands on unit manager with experience in delivery of good quality food and experience in managing such an operation.

You will be a tenacious individual with a "can do" attitude and have the exprience in working in the contract catering sector ideally with an understanding of the distribution sector.

You must also have experience in providing a wide range of freshly cooked food incluing starter, mains and sweets and have the capabilities in all three areas alongside good management and administartion skills to meet the needs of the client. Additional training can be provided to individuals with a grasp of the position .
