We are looking for a Unit Manager to work in Banbury.

The Successful candidate will have the ability to inspire and lead a dedicated team within their 22 bedded Memory Lane unit which offers specialist care to those with Dementia.

You will be reporting to, and working closely with, the Registered Clinical Manager in ensuring clinical excellence and the delivery of high standards of care within the home. The successful applicant must be a confident communicator, with the passion and skills to develop and inspire a team to provide the highest level of person-centered care.
