The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Accountability to the restaurant manager for the day to day running of
the restaurant.
Leading a team of staff with their supervision, training, motivation,
development and labour scheduling.
Ensuring that the customer receives a high quality of service.
Effectively and efficiently deal with customer complaints
The control and monitoring of all food stock, ensuring minimum wastage
Money taken, and ensure that it is correctly accounted for and any financial discrepancies are investigated and resolved.

Required Experience
You will need passion and determination as well as the ability to manage a team by coaching, developing and motivating others. 3 years previous relevant management or supervisory experience is a prerequisite for this role. All candidates must be available in the UK for interview & trial and have a EU ID or a fully valid work permit.
