The room has a double bed, very large desk with comfortable office chair, two chest of drawers (big and small), large wardrobe, four bookshelves, mirror, etc. There is space under the bed for storage and a cellar for large items.

The house itself is shared with students. There is a large, bright living room, a bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet. The house has the following facilities: cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, etc. There's also a spacious back garden including patio area with picnic-bench, shed and barbecue; front yard with bike-rack.

Cost is £360 including ALL BILLS (wireless broadband, cable TV, free off-peak phone, gas, water, electrical) -we also have British Gas Homecare so any heating or water problems can be sorted out quickly. The landlady is a personal friend - she is also very good at sorting any problems out. The bathroom was newly refurbished with a new boiler 1 year ago, the kitchen 2 years ago, and downstairs has new wood floors so the house is in really good condition and very pleasant to live in!

Students preferred because of council tax issues, but non students are welcome to apply if you are prepared to pay around £100 extra for the council tax. A security deposit of £360 will be required in advance to be returned at the end of the agreed subletting term (a subletting contract will drawn up).
