We are looking for an assistant manager to join our small team. This is a diverse role which involves covering the kitchen on the chefs days off, hence must be a competant chef. The applicant will also be responsible for helping with the smooth running of the pub and rooms. Other duties will include paperwork, bar and waiting, ordering, cleaning and gardening to name a few. This is a live in positions and the salary is £16,500.
