We are currently looking to recruit a Assistant Restaurant/F&B Manager not only to oversee the main restaurant but also to oversee the members lounge and also functions that the site may hold such as weddings and conferences.

For my client it is more about the person than experience so we are not looking for anyone in particular from a certain field. You must be extremely positive and organised but more importantly you must be good building report with customers, after all managers are the face of any business!

This really is a great role where you can have a big say on possible changes to the facility that will help grow your department. You will work alongside a very experienced Restaurant Manager and will help them from time to time with the business side including looking at paperwork etc.

Salary offered is £16-£18K depending on experience though we may be able to stretch a little further for the right person. We will also consider a strong supervisor that wants to prove themselves!
