Nice long garden, spacious kithen (with washing maching and seperate tumble dryer), small but sufficient bathroom that has lots of hidden storage space, pleasant louge with large TV, storage a for bike in garden if needed. The room offered has single bed, built in wardrobe etc. The house narrow yet long town house and is situated on a very quiet island off the botley road. It is great for access to the river and the beutifull port medow is only a short walk away.

We are looking for a pleasant quiet individual to share our home. The house is a non-smoking house. Price includes all bills The house is only occupied by myself and my girlfriend so is a nice quiet place to live/study/relax in.
