Nice sized double room in tidy Jericho Houseshare.

Room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, and bedside table.

We are currently a household of three girls, one of whom is moving out. We are both professionals in our twenties. It is a relaxed, easy-going household, but we are looking for somebody who is prepared to look after the place and pull their weight with the housework.

Rent is £451, payable on the first of the month, and bills are around £100 a month (council tax unfortunately goes up every year, so this is liable to increase in January), which is paid into a joint account round about the same time. Deposit is around £450 (it's been a while since we moved in, so we'll have to check what we paid!)

The room will be available from the 1st December, and you will be subject to a credit check from our agency so that they're happy you can cover your share of the rent.
