We have a double room available in a Shared house on Randolph Street (two streets down from the Carling Academy). The double room overlooks the spacious garden and is furnished with a new double bed, large chest of drawers, desk and two storage units. The house has a large open plan siting area with sofas, dining table and new kitchen. Broadband and Virgin cable run to the house and the rent does not inclue bills which are in the region of 45 to 60 pounds a month extra depending on the time of year.
