Hi, I'm an intelligent, professional, warm, and genuinely nice guy, and I'm trying a new approach here:

I'm really looking for a girl that will agree with the following:

+ I love the outdoors!
+ I'm intelligent, and good-natured.
+ I like people! Maybe not all of them all of the time, but I don't hate most of them most of the time either.
+ I'm generally nice and easy to get along with.
+ Going for a walk, and ending up at a nice pub for a good meal would make me happy.
+ I'd really enjoy going off to mountains for the weekend occasionally. Maybe a 10 mile hike, camp over night, then go hiking or kayaking the next day...
+ Yes, I think it'd be a great idea travelling to Nepal / Thailand / Brazil / Canada / Italy / Morocco / Mexico / (insert country name here) / ...
+ I understand the value of money.
+ I like movies. Cuddling up on the sofa and watching a movie with optional wine is a good way to spend an evening.
+ I have some opinions, and I enjoy a good conversation! I'm not always right.
+ When I'm in love I'm warm and affectionate.


And... disagree with the following:

- I want your money! I want to take advantage of you and take what I can get. It's all about me, baby.
- I smoke, take drugs, or I'm an alcoholic!
- I'm very religious! You must convert to my faith or else you will burn in hell.


Please don't read between the lines and assume I've had some really bad experiences - I actually haven't. I've had a small number of long, mostly happy relationships, and broken up on good terms with girls that liked me a lot - and still do :)

I wouldn't stay with a girl that I didn't feel had future partner/wife potential, but I'm not necessarily looking to get married next month...

You can probably work out some of my character from the kind of things that I value. You might also be interested to know that I've got a great job which I enjoy, I'm very open and honest - so feel free to ask me pretty much anything you like, I'm 5'11'', brown hair, hazel eyes, slim/athletic, and in case you're wondering - I do eat vegetables too ;)
