Massage Heaven - This massage combines a full Indian Head Massage, aromatherapy, Swedish and Thai techniques. plus advanced yoga style stretches and work on all 7 of the body's energy centres leave you feeling as supple and contented as a new born babe. The massage is completed with long feather-light strokes from top to toe which may lull you into a deep, peaceful and rejuvenating sleep. This massage will make you realise just how wonderful your body really is..... a little bit of heaven on earth. There are several stages to this massage.

The first is for you to gain profound mental relaxation (Indian Head Massge).

The second is to give you optimal physical relaxation (Eastern and Western massage techniques to remove stiff, knotty muscles).

You are then ready to go to the final stage which is devoted entirely to helping you experience the joy, wonder and beauty of your body and your mind. What you experience is totally unique to you. (The use of feather-like strokes from the top of your head to the bottom of your soles both at the front and back of the body - the effect is very powerful firstly because by this time your conscious mind is so relaxed that you can really let go and secondly because your skin and your mind are in a state of heightened sensitivity).

If you think you only like deep tissue, or if you think you only like gentle strokes this massage will surely change your mind.This has to be the definitive massage for total relaxation and self-indulgence but it will do you a world of good. 2, 3 ,4 5, 6, and 7 hour sessions
