this is a latheral thigh trianer similar to the one in the argos book on pg 958 item 4.
but this is a bit bigger than the one shown in the argos book ideal for getting fit.
i no longer need this as i go to the gym and its taken up room.
bargain price as i paid over £70 for this and have only used it a few times.
