Experienced Pu Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a professional operator with knowledge of
 Bar
 Kitchen
 Marketing
 Man Management
 Standards
Who can take this business to the next level and deliver the required standards in this beautiful pub / restaurant located in Banbury town centre.
This operation is currently turning over 5 – 6k gross per week but has lost its way a little with the food volume.
The person we are looking for will not be salaried but will be given 19% of the net sales on a self employed basis from which you must pay all the staff as they will be employed directly by you so the earning potential could be substantial, although this may seem a little unusual the logic is the more sales you generate the more you will earn, and the smarter you manage your labour the more cash in your pocket.
This also comes with a 2 bedroom flat free from gas, electricity & water utilities.
