I'm looking to move to centralish (Botley Rd, Jericho, Cowley etc depending on the house) when my contract ends at the end of November. I'm fairly flexible with dates - mid-November onwards would be great!

Budget is approx 400 exc, perhaps more, though less is always nicer...

I'd ideally like a sociable house. I'm into pubs, bars, music, cinema, theatre, gym etc. Nights out and nights in are both grand.

I play guitar, am involved in a play at the moment, my sporting prowess extends as far as pool tables and foosball, but I'll give anything a crack...

I work for a local charity. Am tidy and considerate and all that.

Parking could be good, but not completely necessary - I mostly cycle.
