A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two Support Workers to work in the Referral and Assessment Team located in West Berkshire

You will:
- Take the initial referrals
- Undertake Initial Assessments
- Undertake Core Assessments
- Carry out S47 enquiries.

It is a great team which is growing rapidly so this is excellent for someone who wants to be part of a supportive and reputable team.
