Hi, I'm on a short-term work placement at the university, and need a decent-sized room till the end of feb, ideally within walking distance of the city centre. Can pay up to £400 a month incl. bills. I'm friendly, easy-going and considerate, and would preferably like to live with young professionals, though a family with older kids would be fine too.
