Fantastic team environment - working on a patient help line, for this High Wycombe based healthcare company. This is a 3 month project, working 3 flexible days or 22.5 hours. Taking enquires from patients both over the phone and via the internet in relation to a fantastic ‘new’ non invasive continence care product. General duties include correspondence via email; use of MS Office, sending out samples, collating data, follow-up and general telephone work. A bigger part of the role will involve talking to patients about their continence difficulties with a view to assessing their potential for product trial.

This role is for someone who has a confident, sensitive and sympathetic telephone manner and is not embarrassed by talking about the male anatomy.
