Residential Treatment Workers (Drug and Alcohol)

Bayberry Clinic is a new 10-bed clinic opening soon. We provide a specialist and dedicated residential treatment/recovery programme for Healthcare Professionals struggling with substance dependency and possibly co-occuring mental health difficulties.

We are urgently looking for experienced Residential Treatment Workers and Relief Workers for rotating shifts to cover evening (including sleep-ins) and weekends.

You need to be familiar with 12 step and other brief therapeutic interventions. You need to have experience in working effectively with vulnerable adults with drug and alcohol dependency and be able to work as a lone worker. Relevant qualifications are desirable and personal recovery (min 2 years) will be an advantage.

1. Rotating shifts to cover evenings and weekends 5pm till 9am including sleep-in.

Salary: Waking rate is £9.00 per hour for hour 5-11pm and 7-9am

Sleep-in rate is £50 for hours 11pm-7am

Meals included.

2. Weekends: 9am-5pm

Salary: Hourly rate £9.00 per hour
