First, and foremost the space is quite small, but what it lacks in quantity it makes up for in quality. The location is just off the Banbury Road, ten minutes walk from Summertown, there is a bus stop a few minutes away which is on the main route into town.

The bedsit has its own front door and separate key. Inside there is a modern en-suite bathroom with an over-head electric shower. In the studio area there is limited space but we squeezed in a kitchenette which consists of a small fridge freezer, two ceramic hobs and a sink with cupboards. There isn't a lot in the way of furniture, as the space is very compact. There is a fold away table, cupboards, shelving and a sofa bed. There is also a wi-fi connection.

The rent of £500 pcm includes all bills and council tax and wi-fi internet. One months rent will be required as a deposit.
