Great sunny double room just off cowley road opposite Tesco Metro. Very convienient for buses, shops, bars etc. The room is ready on 1st April.
The price of the room includes all bills, council tax, wireless broadband etc. The house is very big with a large kitchen and a garden, you would share a bathroom with only one other person. There are only 3 other people in the house including myself and my partner. I would prefer a short term let but with possilble long term contract renewal.
