An opportunity has arisen for a proven and experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Director /Development Manager to join a top 4 bank in the Oxfordshire area.


Working the Oxfordshire and surrounding area you will establish effective intermediary relationships and network amongst the professional business community to raise the profile of yourself and the bank.


We are seeking a strong business winner with demonstrable experience of converting complex deals within the £25m+ turnover arena who has the drive and desire to work ideally in a pure business hunter role passing ongoing relationship management of clients to a corporate relationship manager - however candidates who want to retain ongoing client relationships will also be considered.

An current understanding of the local market would be an advantage for this role however this is one of the top 10 regions within the UK with a strong client base and local presence so candidates not currently working in the Oxfordshire area will be considered.



This client is looking for the right candidate to compliment the current team and a salary and package will be structured for the successful applicant. Base salary indication is £70-85k.
