We have a spacious single room available for short term rent in the Risinghurst area of Headington (OX3 8HF). The house is a brand new detached house with all mod cons including wifi. You would have more or less exclusive use of your own bathroom (we just use it to bath our daughter every evening). The house is in a lovely location with woodland to one side and a field to the rear. There is space for parking and it is 200m from a bus stop to Oxford. Let us know if you would like more information or to arrange a visit. We are looking to rent the room from Monday to Friday. The rent is 70 pounds per week (£280 per month) including laundry and bills, or if you prefer 90 pounds for breakfast, evening meal and tea and coffee also included. We would ask for a deposit of 200 pounds. I have attached a couple of photos (the one of the room below taken prior to us changing furniture around!). It is furnished with a good sized single bed, hanging space and draws. The desk will remain in there with the PC and a small TV. The bus to London (and the two main London based airports) is walking distance from the house which is very handy! It costs 13 pounds return to central London and takes approx 1 hour 15 mins.
