The house is in Henley Street, which is just off the Iffley road – perfect for the Cowley road bars and also town centre. It’s gorgeous, massive and is fully furnished.

The house has 4 bedrooms (well five really but one is just a spare) and it is sharing with two girls and a guy all in their mid twenties and all working. They are a nice bunch of people who are very easy to get on with.

The open plan living area and kitchen are spacious and bright and large glass french doors open onto a patio. The house has a garage and a driveway and a full sized pool table in the living area. It has a good sized garden with a nice pond feature and bbq area with seating. The bathroom has a large bath and separate shower. There is also a separate, second toilet. The house is equipped with: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob and oven, iron and ironing board and two door fridge/freezer.

The room is a large double room with laminate wood flooring and a fireplace (just a feature, its not working!). It's really bright, well decorated and fully furnished.

We're looking for a friendly professional (the room is only for one person) in his/her twenties wanting to stay for at least 6 months.

The room will be available from 1st of June. The rent is £423 pcm all inclusive.
