Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant Job - Wallingford - Oxfordshire
- Working in a small finance team for a successful company
- Varied finance job role
- Responsible for purchase ledger , training provided to cover sales ledger holidays
- Previous sales ledger experience would be useful but not essential
- Checking the payroll info from HR is correct before it is outsourced (validate hours)
- Processing invoices & handling queries
- Accruals, payments & prepayments
- Computerised system - very good speed & accuracy when inputting
- Generating journals for management reports
- Good communication skills (reception & phone cover)
- Will suit candidates studying for AAT or qualified by experience
- 40 hours per week
