Our client is a well established Community Nunnery Nursing home. Provides registered Care and Nursing to 15+ residents with dementia and the elderly. The client requires a Temporary Nursing Home Manager must be a women because of the environment working in and under the client sector. Working Monday - Friday 9am- 15.00pm Based in South Oxfordshire.

Qualifications:

R.G.N. Level 1 / R.M.A / N.V.Q. Level 4 Management.

Duties:

1. To provide leadership to all staff in order to deliver the highest possible quality of care within a safe working and living environment.

2. To become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the home with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the residents.

3. To manage the effective use of resources and maintain high levels of occupancy.

4. To provide improvement, independence and choice for residents.

5. To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the Commission for Social Care Inspection for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and N.M.C. guidelines.


The successful women will be a great problem solver, able to adapt to change. Must be wiling to give a friendly approach to motivate residents in their activities. Must be hands on and enjoy the involvement of nursing.
