Oh. and the stairs do make a little creaking noise when you walk on them. but i have since procured a stealth-like way of walking up them late at night which means no one is disturbed if i come home a little late. The shower is great (god pressure temp) and we have heating which can heat the house to a pleasant temperature. We have a timer on this also. The rent is 385 which is Fantastic for what youre getting considering its a 3 bed (when it is a four bed house) with two lounges and a good sized kitchen. I contribute to council tax despite being a student because i want to live with professionals who will treat this as a home will live here through holiday periods like i do. Location wise the house is on a quiet pretty family road off cowley road and the neighbours are agreeable. There is a bus stop a 60 second walk from our front door which can take you to town cowley and headington. cowley road itself has fantastic amenities (doctors surgery tescos independant food stores farmers market butchers bars etcetc) all a two minute walk from our front door. there is free parking outside the house and always a space available if you have a car.
