House itself is quite new, shared massive kitchen and comfy lounge, lovely bathroom and downstairs toilet. Nice garden which is ideal for storing bikes.

The house is sharing with 4 others. Rent isn't inclusive of bills, they come to about another £80 (ish) a month. We have sky plus and internet.

We are looking for a professional, between 25-35, quiet, clean and considerate but up for some occasional banter!

About us, 3 girls one boy, 25-28.

Room is available to move on in 29th November. No couples, no pets, no students no children, no psychos! Deposit required of one and a half months rent.
