Our family of 4 need to find a 3 bed house to BUY by July 2010. It will need to be located within easy reach of Summertown ,Oxford.

We need the following:

kitchen/diner,reception room, downstairs cloakroom, garden and garage and/or off street parking. Good sized bedrooms (3) and a bathroom.

Good transport links, by car and bus to Summertown and Oxford is a must.

We are in a good position as we do not have anywhere to sell.
