Revenue Manager Hotel
Revenue Manager required for a prestigious hotel in Oxfordshire.
Experience as a Revenue Manager from a 4* plus hotel background is essential together with experience of managing a team, excellent organisation and analytical skills.
Key role to include:-
Setting and delivering sales strategy - volume and price.
Inventory control – rooms and conference.
Enquiry handling – standards and conversion.
Maximisation of yield – conference and reservations.
Pricing strategy (with GM) – and execution.
Group reservations – strategy and execution.
Liaison with all third parties – agent/web/central.
System management – Fidelio (reservations) Conference Direct (conference).
Forecasting – weekly/monthly (rooms/conference).
Budgeting (annually) – with GM.
Owner of market intelligence – area rates/performance.
Target setting, performance monitoring.
Setting and delivering strategies – volume and price.
Key communicator of business levels to GM/operation team.
Development of reports.
Salary given as £30,000 - £35,000 + / per annum - possibly higher
