I am leaving my flatmates to go back home and as a result, I am looking for someone to take over this fantastic bargain until the end of my contract.

Located just off Cowley Road, at the end of a no through street, it's incredibly quiet, yet in less than 2 mintues you are in the huzzle and buzzle of Cowley Road with the NHS, Tesco, Carling Academy, bus stops, etc, and only 15min walking to the town centre or Cowley on the other direction.
Ideal base for a summer course in Oxford or even to look for long term accomodation.

Rooms include, exclusive use living room (yep, all for yourself only) and a single room. Then share the kitchen and bathroom with 2 female professionals. All bills excepting phone calls included (council Tax, Tv licence, Wireless broadband, gas, electricity).

The house also has a small garden, which is great for the summer.

Room is available for 7 weeks from the 14th July to the 30th Aug.
