This stunning privately owned country house hotel near Banbury, Oxfordshire is looking for a Front of House Manager to join their team. The hotel is set in its own lawned grounds and has 20+ individually designed luxury bedrooms.

Previous experience of working in a similar position is essential, along with computer skills, fluent spoken and written English, good numeracy skills, professional attitude and excellent customer skills.

As Front of House Manager you will be entirely responsible for the smooth running of the front desk of this rosetted property.

The ideal Front of House Manager will come from a three or four star property of a similar size or larger. You will be experienced in training and developing your team in improving and increasing the level of service provided.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Front of House Manager to take a new direction in their career and would also suit a Head Receptionist looking to take the next step.

Working days are 5 out of 7, working hours are 8 hours per day (earliest shift start would be 7am, latest finish 7pm). No split shifts!

Own transport is necessary due to location. Salary of £18,000 per annum
