Qualifications

- Bachelor`s degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
- 4+ years relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, motivated and ability to thrive as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Enjoy finding elegant solutions to complex problems
- Comfortable working as an integral member in our team environment
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and take ownership of tasks, processes, and products
- Highly organised
- Passionate about the web and Drupal

Technical Skills

- Proven background in module development
- Vast knowledge of the available and the good Drupal Modules
- Significant expertise in developing with Views and Groups
- Developed mass email solutions with Drupal
- Implemented advanced user registration workflow including integration with third party CRMs
- In-depth knowledge of implementing and customizing Drupal including module development, hooks, menu callbacks, permissions and form API
- Strong bias for re-use
- Use unit tests
- Expertise building applications using PHP5, MySQL, SQL, MVC, CSS, HTML, DHTML, xHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, SVN, and Frameworks
- Aware of web standards, their purpose, benefits and appropriateness
- Experienced with templating, caching, sessions, and authentication
- Experienced crafting complex, optimized SQL queries
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
