Finance Administrator (Danish speaking)
Our logistics client is looking for a Danish speaking Finance Administrator to join their financial support division. The role entails supporting their Finance Partner to ensure effective accurate and timely financial reporting. Role activities include;
• Supplier setup
• Month end reporting
• Purchasing – raising POs from Danish invoices
• Processing timesheets
You will also be required to work with HR and Danish personnel in the preparation of timesheets from the Danish employees for payroll.
This role requires daily interaction with colleagues and suppliers in Denmark so you must be fluent in spoken and written Danish. Our client is looking for someone who is accountancy qualified, accountancy part qualified or who has relevant experience. In addition, experience of working in a finance orientated role is a must. Good working knowledge of Excel (using lookup formulas and working with pivot tables and graphs) is also important.
Our client is looking for someone with strong analytical skills who can be flexible and adaptable to changing business conditions. You must be customer focussed, a good communicator and a team player.
