If you don't fancy going into town theres a local shop and 2 pubs within 3 mins walking distance, and the Hinksey park, lake and outdoor swimming poool for the summer! It's a nice house with easy going people. £325/month plus a share of household bills (bills divided equally between 4). Available end Nov/1st week of Dec.
