Amazing opportunity to work with one of the best event caterers in the UK. We are looking for a Sous level Chef to join this thriving team based in Warwickshire.

The preparation for the events is all done from a central kitchen. From there the food is taken to the event, with the necessary junior chefs in assisting roles, and finished and served to guests. As one of the senior 'Sous Chefs' you will run your own individual event with your junior chefs. You might be required to work in the central kitchen as and when the events slow down.

You should have a fresh food background, everything is prepared from scratch using the finest ingredients. You must be dedicated to your profession as a chef and eager to work as necessary, as the business requires it.
