Downsizing. Freedom. Travel. Permaculture.
Hello
I'm currently living in South West London, nice place by the river and not too far from Richmond Park BUT it is still the big city and I'll be off when possible, hopefully before too long. God made the country and man made the town. I'd rather live in the former and visit the latter, though for the right woman this could change.
I am not in the rat race, managed to avoid it. I don't have much and that's fine by me. It makes life so much simpler and I'm not materialistic, the opposite. My idea of heaven is to be in the beautiful countryside with a woman to love, whether it is travelling or tending my vegetable plot, whatever. Getting out of the system as much as possible, doing as much for myself/ourselves as possible, needing as little money as possible so paying as little tax as possible and generally not being a wage slave. At the moment I don't feel like settling down, and might never do in that I can see no way that I will ever want or get a mortgage. But nor do I plan on living "on the road" either, not for the rest of my life anyway. But one never knows, does one.........?
I'm forty six, though have been told I look ten years younger if this is important to you (though you may not agree, take a look at the photo), 5'10, dark hair, medium build, blue eyes. Both young at heart and a grumpy old git, probably, though the latter is mostly because I don't have the company of a good woman and that is bad for the health, physical and mental.
So, I'd love to hear from you, chatting on line is fine, meeting for a coffee or alcoholic beverage is better. Even if you think I'm too old or you cannot leave the city you are welcome to contact me to discuss these matters if you are interested.
Perhaps I should have said earlier, I definitely do not want children, never have and am not going to change my mind now but if you have them that need not be a problem, though it could be!
