Accounts Assistant
Job Title: Finance Assistant
Primarily an accounts and admin support role involved in transaction processing and accounting support to the Finance Manager. The accounts department work on Greatplains and you must have experience of this system.
To apply for this position the client requires you to have used the accounting system Greatplains.
Duties include:
Verification and posting of purchase and sale invoices.
Responsibility of the Cashbook
Bank Reconciliations
Updating and maintaining the accuracy of records in the administration database
To assist in other areas of transaction processing or credit control etc when necessary
Assisting with the general administration of the organisation: answering telephone queries and providing cover for colleagues etc.
A good team worker that is able to communicate well with colleagues. Good team interaction is important, the candidate needs to be self motivating and possess a close attention to detail and take a methodical approach to tasks.
