I have a lovely one bed split level property (maisonette) in the centre of Oxford. I would like to mutually exchange with someone who has a 2 or 3 bed property in the Oxfordshire area.
My property is close to all local amenities, such as transport links, bus & trains, it 's close to schools, nurseries, health centres & churches.
It has no garden, but a communal area. Neighbours & neighbourhood are lovely.
We have to move due to out growing the property, so need the extra bedroom space.
