I'm a Witney based bass player looking for some some musicians to jam with. I'm looking for guys/gals who are predominately interested in playing Funk music or other similar genres (Jazz, R n B, Gospel...that kind of thing)

I'm in touch with a drummer, based in Witney, who would accommodate our jams with his extensive groove vocabulary. I've bee playing bass for eight years and am adept at slap and pop technique and funky finger-style.

You should consider yourself passionate about the style of music that is intended to be played and talented enough to play in a band tightly before getting in touch for a trial.

Though I have some prerequisites as to your ability and interests, the "jam" atmosphere will be pretty laid back as we have no concrete material as of yet and will initially be looking to "explore"...well, essentially jam.
