£10per hour , Mon-Thurs 5-8:30pm & Sat 10am - 1:30pm.

Highly regarded charity has fantastic part-time opportunities for people with experience of fundraising. Working within a busy team, responsibilities of the charity fundraiser will include:
Making outbound calls to existing supporters of the charity to cross-sell and enhance loyalty to the charity
Providing advice and information to donors on the charity's various campaigns
Resolving problems and queries from donors
Ensuring supporter records are up-to-date and accurate
Alerting management to any issues or patterns in donors' opinions of the charity
To be successful in this role, candidates need experience of telephone fundraising and an ability to work to targets. Computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills are also necessary.
