3 bed house in E. Oxf for ur 2 or 3 bed in Jericho, Osney, East Oxf
I have a 3 bed house in Swinburne Road, East Oxford. It is a good size. Bathroom and kitchen refitted Jan '08. Have decorated using paints and tiles from fired earth. The picture does not show all the kitchen - there are 8 more cupboards and room for table and chairs. Will leave 2 sheds, green house, decking,metal frame gazebo and fish pond.All of garden not shown in photo - around 90ft! I would prefer to move back to Jericho but would consider central East Oxford or the Woodstock or the Banbury Road. Also Osney or Grandpont. I would prefer 3 beds but would consider 2 beds if there was a dining room that could be used as 3rd bedroom. The river is close by with lovely walks to town and to Iffley village. All amenities are close by. Only reply if you are serious about swapping please. I CAN EMAIL MORE PHOTOS IF NEED BE.
