We are a charming 5* star hotel with a golf course and a health spa attached.

With two restaurants as well as extensive conference facilities, we offer the chance to work to a high standard in beautiful surroundings and an excellent opportunity has arisen within our Hotel in Slough (Buckinghamshire – 30 minutes drive from London) for an experienced and reliable Senior Chef de Partie Pastry or Sous Chef Pastry.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A Pastry qualification
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie Pastry or Sous Chef Pastry in a high quality and high volume kitchen
- The ability to manage a team of 3 Pastry Chefs and to take his own decisions
